The WPS-200 is an advanced system for packaging, shipping and storage of IC wafers with enhanced protection against contamination and ESD events. “Touch Sensitive” wafer handling eliminates chipping and fractures caused by manual processing.

Automation Technology’s new taping machines automatically apply clean-room sealing tape around the perimeter of any standard 6” or 8” semiconductor wafer shipping box and meet Class 100 clean-room requirements.
