Following the polishing process, ATI Wafer Demounters remove Silicon semiconductor wafers from carrier plates and transfer the wafers into cassettes. Our wafer demounters have provided years of reliable and consistent service in semiconductor wafer polishing facilities all over the world.
ATI manufactures both template mount and wax mount type wafer demounters in a variety of models ranging from stand alone semi-automatic versions to completely automated systems which are fully integrated with polishing lines using our automated polishing plate handling conveyors.
