Wire Saw Slurry

The Wire Saw Slurry unit is a 2 tank mixing and suspension system for a grit based slurry. The base fluid is drawn from a drum by a drum pump and delivered to the mixing tank. The powder grit is supplied by a vibrating hopper. A 300 litre mixing tank mixes the slurry with a mixing motor and a recirculating pump that draws the fluid from the bottom of the tank and dumps it on the top.

After the slurry is mixed, it is automatically transferred to a 500 litre supply tank. The slurry is kept agitated in the supply by a mix motor and recirculation pump.
