Stock Polish Slurry

The Stock Polish Slurry unit is an advanced system for mixing and deliverying stock slurry to polish machines. Slurry is mixed by a ciruclation pump and heated in a mix tank. Slurry from the mix tank is transferred to 1 of 2 supply tanks.

The supply tanks heat and recirculate the mixed slurry through a supply loop. The polishing equipment draws fresh slurry from the supply loop as required. A scavange pump returns used slurry from the polisher to the supply tank for recycling purposes. When deemed no longer usable, the slurry is purged from the system.
