Backside Polish Slurry

The Backside Polish Slurry unit was designed to deliver up to 3 different slurry mixes to process equipment. The system uses 3 independant tanks that can be supplied with different bulk slurries. Each of the tanks has it's own recirculation loop system that keeps the slurry in motion and eliminates settling. Process equipment draws slurry as needed from these loops.

The system is PLC controlled and can store several recipes. The 30 gallon tanks can be PH controlled by adding an independant PH monitor and dose controller.
