Saw Tender

The Wire Saw Tender is a manually manuvered machine for loading and unloading the HCT Wire Saw. The Saw Tender features a powered vertical lift to position an adapter housing that orients a dove-tailed ingot beam and locks it into position for transfer to/from the wire saw.

The Vertical Lift mechanism is powered by a 12 volt lead acid battery and contains an internal charging system. An inlet plug on the side of the machine is provided to charge from a 110 VAC electrical outlet.
