Manual Clean and Detach

The Manual Clean and Detach System is a programmable sink station for rinsing and ultrasonically cleaning sawn wafer combs.
Adjustable process timers and soak temperatures can be changed at the front mounted display board. The display board also shows Process Step, Temperature, and Time Remaining on the 2 separately controlled baths.

Top mounted Process Start and Reset buttons provide an easy operator interface. In Process, Complete, and Alarm Indicators for each bath are also mounted high on the back panel. The Clean and Detach Station uses an instantaneous water heater to provide hot water.
